How to Motivate Yourself to Lose Weight

Losing weight can be difficult!

Set Realistic Goals

Be realistic when setting goals. Are you really going to lose 3kgs a week? Set long term goals with milestones along the way. Work toward your long term goal in increments and celebrate the milestones along the way.
